Made inGanghwa, KoreaHi, I'm Jin.
After five years as a full-time dad, I started building software again with Claude Code in 2025.
AI wrote the code quickly. But running each app, finding what broke, and checking that the update went live were still on me. With several products open in several terminal windows, keeping track of them became a job in itself.

Can I use Decker without an AI coding tool?
Yes. Decker runs supported projects on its own. If you connect an AI coding tool like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, it can read your project's status and logs, start and stop it, and wait for your push to finish, on the free plan too. Sharing a preview link is part of Lifetime.
What does Decker do after my AI writes the code?
It runs your project on your computer with working local addresses, status and logs. After you push, it shows your GitHub checks and Vercel deploy result for the latest commit, and on Mac it tells you when they finish. If a check fails, you can cancel the checks still running or re-run the failed ones. Your AI writes the code and your host deploys it.
Do I need to use the terminal?
No. Decker finds how your project runs and starts it for you. The only command you'll run is a one-time line to connect your AI tool, and Decker gives you that line to copy.
Do I need anything else installed?
Your project's own runtime, like Node.js for Next.js or Python for Django. Decker uses what your project needs; it doesn't install it for you.
Can I check the build before I push?
Yes. Build Check runs your project's build, or Django's deploy check or Flutter's analyzer, in Decker and shows whether it passed.
Can I control it without opening the app?
Yes. From the menu bar on macOS or the system tray on Windows, you can start and stop your current project's services and open their addresses.
What can my AI do through Decker?
What you allow in Settings → AI. Reading, starting and stopping services, and asking to cancel or re-run GitHub checks are on by default. Decker asks you before every cancel or re-run, unless you let it cancel the rest after a failure without asking. Sharing stays off until you turn it on, and every share waits for you to confirm it in Decker. Decker keeps a record of what your AI changed and of anything Decker refused.
Is my code safe?
Your project runs on your computer. A share link opens only when you start it, ends when its time is up, and can require a password. In logs your AI reads, your .env values and known key formats are hidden. Decker doesn't upload your project files.
How do I get the app?
Sign up, then download Decker from your dashboard. It runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 14 or later and on Windows. Intel Macs and Linux aren't supported yet.
