Terms of Service

Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. It includes unlimited saved projects, use on up to 3 active devices for the same account, and every feature Decker offers beyond Starter, now and in the future; we will not sell a feature of the Decker desktop app separately from Lifetime. The features currently included are listed on our pricing.

Lifetime provides access for as long as Decker is commercially operated and includes maintenance, security, and compatibility updates. Products and services sold separately from the Decker desktop app are not included unless expressly stated. Individual features may change as described under Service Changes. If Decker is discontinued, we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable and preserve any remedies required by applicable law.

Some features require a Decker account. You are responsible for keeping your account and your GitHub or Google sign-in secure.

You may not bypass license or device limits, interfere with the service, or access another person's account or data.

You may permanently delete your account from the dashboard. Deletion ends access to that account, including any Lifetime access, removes its Share addresses, and removes the account's saved project list from each desktop after that desktop confirms the deletion. It does not delete your local project files and does not by itself create a refund; payment records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Decker uses Stripe for checkout and payment processing. Prices are shown before checkout.

We offer a voluntary full refund for Lifetime purchases requested within 14 days after the Lifetime payment is completed, no questions asked. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Outside this 14-day window, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A refunded Lifetime purchase ends Lifetime access, and the account returns to Starter. If a card issuer upholds a chargeback or payment dispute on a Lifetime purchase, we may likewise end Lifetime access and return the account to Starter.

If you use these features, the following applies. Share makes the local service you choose reachable at a public URL until you stop it or the Share Duration ends. Anyone with the URL can open it unless you set a password. You are responsible for what you expose through Share.

When you connect GitHub or Vercel, Decker uses that connection to show the repository, CI and deployment results for your project's current commit. When you confirm it, Decker can also cancel or re-run that commit's GitHub Actions runs. Decker does not upload, push or deploy your project files. When you choose a Supabase project, Decker can add a read-only Supabase entry to the project's .mcp.json after you confirm.

When you connect an AI coding tool, it can read your projects' status and logs through Decker, start or stop services, and ask to cancel or re-run GitHub checks. Decker asks you before each cancel or re-run unless you turn on cancelling without asking in Settings → AI. If your plan includes Share, the tool starts a Share only after you allow it in Decker. Decker hides .env values and known key formats in what the tool reads, but it cannot detect every secret. What your AI tool does with that information is governed by that tool's own terms.

We keep improving Decker, so features, supported platforms and provider integrations change over time. We may change or remove parts of the desktop app, website, licensing system or provider integrations only for these reasons:

• to comply with law, a court or authority order, or a security or abuse risk;
• because a third-party provider we depend on (such as GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, or an operating system) changes, limits or ends its service;
• to fix defects, improve performance, or keep Decker compatible with current operating systems and tools;
• to add features, or to replace or retire a feature with a different way of doing the same work.

Changes are free of charge. If a change affects your use of Decker more than insignificantly in a negative way, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect, describing the change and when it happens. You may then cancel your Lifetime purchase within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever is later, for a full refund. This right does not apply if we let you keep using the unchanged version at no extra cost.

We may update these Terms for the reasons listed under Service Changes, or to describe our services more clearly. If an update affects you more than insignificantly in a negative way, we will email the address on your account and post a notice on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or to address a security risk. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.

If you do not agree to an update, you may stop using Decker, delete your account, and, where the update reduces what you paid for, cancel your purchase as described under Service Changes. If you keep using Decker after the update takes effect, the updated Terms apply. Other updates, such as corrections or clearer wording, take effect when posted.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, fromzeroagain OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, exposed local services or secrets, service interruption, or third-party provider charges.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
