License
Decker is software developed and owned by fromzeroagain OÜ (Estonia). You may start with 1 saved local project on 1 device for local run/debug workflows before purchasing. Starter access does not include Share, Deploy, Vercel/GitHub integrations, GitHub backup, or multiple saved projects.
Monthly Membership
Monthly costs $9 per month and unlocks the same product features and three-device limit as Lifetime. It renews each month until canceled. You can manage payment details and schedule cancellation through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Monthly access is based on a successfully paid billing period.
Lifetime License
A Lifetime license is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. It provides access to the Lifetime plan for as long as Decker is commercially operated and includes maintenance, security, and compatibility updates for features included in that plan. Separately sold products, services, and add-ons are not included unless expressly stated. If Decker is discontinued, we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable and preserve any remedies required by applicable law.
Refund Policy
We offer a voluntary full refund for Lifetime purchases requested within 14 days after the Lifetime payment is completed, no questions asked. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. Monthly cancellation does not automatically create a refund or credit for unused time. Monthly refund requests are handled manually. Buying Lifetime while Monthly is active charges the Lifetime payment immediately, and the voluntary 14-day Lifetime refund period begins on that payment date. Monthly remains active through the current paid billing period and does not renew. Lifetime access begins when that paid Monthly period ends. Because Monthly access continues until Lifetime begins, no separate refund or credit is issued for the remaining Monthly period. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Share or Deploy features to distribute malicious content, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend access to these features if misuse is detected.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decker is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
